TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Clients must conform to the agreed arrangement.
You will be transported directly from A to B (€ 10 per stop in the same city).
A taxi is used for up to 4 people with 2 hard luggage and 2 hand luggage (if more than 2 hard luggage then a station car or bus is used). For a station car there is an additional charge of € 10 and a passenger bus 5-8 persons a surcharge of € 25, –
Cab24 can never be held liable for delays, such as traffic jam, bad luck on the departure, weather conditions or other factors which cause you to miss your flight.
You should therefore arrive at Schiphol earlier and take any possibility of delay of your flight into consideration.
Cab24 reserves the right at all times not to carry out the arranged drive due to force majeure as extreme weather conditions, traffic chaos, attacks, etc.
Please be assured that we will do everything possible to prevent this. Cab24 mediates the service and carries out the transport service with selected taxi companies.
RETURN TO SCHIPHOL OR OTHER AIRPORTS
If you arrive at the airport before or after the agreed time you must inform us earlier.
If you choose Schiphol or other airports, please book with us within 2 days before the arrival date.
After you choose Schiphol or another airport in the Netherlands or abroad, we will keep an eye on your flight number, and will contact you about 10 minutes after landing at Schiphol or other airports. Therefore, please keep in mind turning on your phone immediately after landing.
If your reach is not available after 10 to 15 minutes, you may have to wait longer for a taxi.
PICK UP POINT AT SCHIPHOL AIRPORT
After picking up your luggage, you need to go upstairs to the Departure halls / Departures. The driver will inform you through a phone call at which exit he is waiting for you.
We include a waiting time of 1 hour after the landing of your plane. This is included in the price, plus € 25,00 per hour.
We accept your credit cards which require a PIN (it costs € 2,50 extra). We also accept credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. You can also pay your fare with cash in Euros.
Cab24 is bound to all legal provisions to protect your personal data. Cab24 will never pass your personal information to the third parties and therefore provide adequate protection.
Cancellation can only be done within 24 hours prior to the commencement of your ride or within 2 hours after the contract has arrived. By e-mail this is the day and time mentioned on the reservation.
